This ticket gives you entry into our exclusive oyster dish competition, where you’ll prepare a dish at home using a dozen fresh oysters (provided by us), then serve it up to our judging panel live at the festival. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a creative home cook, this is your chance to showcase your skills and celebrate the start of the oyster harvest season.
Your ticket includes:
- Entry to the Ōhiwa Oyster Festival
- A dozen locally harvested oysters to cook with and experiment at home
